Join the Team Behind the Curtain!

VOS Theatre is seeking experienced theatre volunteers and production professionals to help bring Lerner & Loewe’s My Fair Lady to life!

While performers bring the story to the stage, our production team is what makes the magic happen behind the scenes. We are looking for passionate and reliable individuals with previous theatre production experience to join our creative team and help guide this exciting production from rehearsals through closing night.

We are currently looking to fill the following roles:

Producer – Lead the overall production process by coordinating timelines, supporting the creative team, managing logistics, and helping ensure the production runs smoothly from planning to performance.

Stage Manager – Serve as the central communication hub for the production, organize rehearsals, track blocking and notes, coordinate backstage operations, and call the show during performances.

Assistant Stage Manager – Support the Stage Manager with rehearsal organization, backstage communication, props, scene changes, and performance logistics.

Lighting Designer & Operator – Design and execute the lighting plan to enhance storytelling, create atmosphere, and operate the lighting system during performances.

Sound Designer & Operator – Manage microphones, music playback, sound effects, and overall audio quality to ensure a professional experience for both performers and audiences.

Set Design, Construction & Painting Team – Help design, build, and finish the scenic elements that transform the stage into the world of My Fair Lady.

Costume Team – Oversee costume organization, fittings, alterations, and maintenance while helping bring the period style of the production to life.

Commitment & Experience

Applicants should have previous experience in their area of interest and be prepared to commit to the rehearsal and performance schedule. These roles require dependable, organized team members who are excited to collaborate and contribute to a high-quality community theatre production.

Rehearsals begin: December 2026
Performances: April 2027
